I am so grateful for Anna at Fountain Heights! Not only is she professional and caring, but she went above and beyond to assist me in the process. The maintenance crew is fantastic and personable as well, which is important! Highly recommend.

The management here is so helpful and nice. I am grateful for their support through certification process. They're always on top of repairs. They have on site laundry mat with new washers and dryers. The swimming pool is great in summer...

The office manager is excellent. She helped my family out so much and I appreciate her kindness and patience. She worked quickly to get us into a place that we could call home.

Management and staff is very friendly and informative. Also quite helpful when needing assistance. The neighborhood is nice and well maintained.

Hailey has been such an awesome person through out the steps of getting approved . the day I came in looking to rent my first ever apt she was very helpful she listened to what I was going though she was very understanding of that with what info I was able to provide at the time she was able to added up and see what my approval range was we talked she looked through my app for preapproval she went above and beyond to help me out and got me approved with in 2 days, the most amazing thing is she has kept in consistent contact with me each week to every other week. to see where I was to let me know of different units opening in my time frame, Hailey is good people and understanding of every one. I love her personality her friendly voice and smile every time I get to see her the fact she's always willing to crack jokes and laugh with ya already this will already make you feel at home. looking very forward to moving in this week. thank you Hailey for all your hard work and dedication to helping out, as a first time renter I'm very excited and couldn't of asked for any one better.

Great place, nice neighbors. Amazing workmen and wonderful office lady's. The downside of living here is some neighbors due to age have no respect for anyone. Only demand respect. Careless drivers who speed 15mph. Regardless of children out playing. A gang of disrespectful kids who trashed the fountain upfront near the office fall of 2016, and who doorbell ditch. They need more cameras with better quality so in case crime happens it can be caught. Although our mail box was broken into only once, they kindly replaced the lock free of charge. Swimming pool is nice . A lot of people are friendly. As for the rent, ours is 583.00 for a year, until our agreement is up. And as for dingy carpets, ours were spotless. Overall fountain heights is an amazing place with few flaws and many great people. Thank you fountain heights for being a great place to call home. We appreciate everyone staffed here.
